We're a Lisbon-based experience company built for groups who didn't fly overseas to be herded through the same three bars, overpay for watered-down drinks, and be treated like a problem rather than a party.
HOW IT STARTED
For years, we watched groups land in Lisbon full of excitement… and leave having done the exact same weekend as everyone before them.
Same routes. Same venues. Same basic planning. Same inflated Northern European prices. Different T-shirts.
So we broke the loop.
Last Bad Decision was created by locals who actually live the city, know the operators personally, and refuse to sell generic experiences copy-pasted from a template. We work directly with boat owners, small bars and activity operators, and we recruit and train our own entertainers and reps.
No endless layers of middlemen. No reselling someone else's package with a markup and a wink.
We don't rinse and repeat. We create infamous experiences from scratch.
