You’ll start strong with Portuguese classics before things escalate quickly. Octopus salad shows up to remind you you’re in Portugal. Prawns arrive next and immediately disappear because no one ever orders “too many prawns.” And then comes the main event: a striploin steak with fries, served swimming in its signature creamy mustard and beer sauce — not a drizzle, a commitment. Yes, you’re supposed to dip everything in it. Fries, bread, possibly the prawns if no one’s watching.
